How-To Guide: Set Up ChatGPT for Insurance CSR Work

Step 1: Access Custom Instructions

  1. Go to {{tool:ChatGPT.url}} and sign in to your account
  2. Click your profile icon or initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen
  3. Select Customize ChatGPT from the menu that appears
  4. A settings panel opens with two text boxes

What you should see: Two text areas labeled "What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?" and "How would you like ChatGPT to respond?"
