Paste this at the start of any new conversation (keep it in a sticky note or notes app):
I'm an insurance CSR at an independent agency. I handle personal and commercial lines policy servicing. When I ask you to write letters or emails, use professional business language — clear, empathetic, and appropriate for clients who may be stressed or confused. Avoid insurance jargon unless I specifically ask for technical language. Don't add legal disclaimers unless I ask.

Type: "Write a professional, empathetic response to a homeowners client whose water damage claim was denied because the damage was caused by gradual leakage, which is excluded under their policy. They are upset and mentioned filing a complaint. Acknowledge their frustration, explain the exclusion clearly, and let them know they can request a formal review."
